Animated tilt

Hi, i would like to have animated tilt. But it looks like there is nothing predefined to animate it. Is any possibility there to do this, but just animate shader-prop in unity animator?
(Actually i would like to make a simple grass animation. The prepacked grass looks nice in demo, but is pretty complicated.)
