New WIP feature :
Add the posibilities to create a global Timer Value, useful to work with Unscaled time when you set Time.timeScale = 0f; ( In this case by default, the shader animation will stop )
Or to simply modify the timer by yourself.

If I change the timer in a Animation, is a flickering will be visible due to this modification ?
Actually I get this problem when I change the speed parameter
